Katie oversees general operations and serves as Sales Manager. She holds a BA from KSU and is CompTIA A+ certified, bringing both leadership and technical expertise to the team.

Mike oversees day-to-day operations and brings over 10 years of experience in technology support, along with more than 20 years in management. He holds CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.

Dustin is a Senior IT Technician who provides advanced technical support and guidance across the organization. He handles complex technical issues, supports critical systems, and assists in mentoring and supporting the IT support team.

Jonathan is an IT Support Technician who provides advanced technical support at & beyond the helpdesk level. He assists with troubleshooting complex issues, supports systems and users across the state, and helps ensure reliable day-to-day technology operations.
